We entered Disneyland park on day two. We rode everything except the new Space Mountain, which was having “technical difficulties.” There’s always one ride every time that does not work! Our favorite parts were Pizza Port (amazing pasta!), the 50th Anniversary Parade and the Indiana Jones ride.
Finally our pictures! How fun. Isn’t that shot with Mickey priceless? Notice the shades in every pic? Cool huh? We had a great time!

We just got back from our two-day trip to Disneyland! We drove up to Anaheim on Friday to check into our hotel. The hotel had a really great pool and jacuzzi. We went swimming, had some pizza and watched the Disneyland fireworks show from the courtyard. In the morning we had breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The food was really good! It was sort of like an IHOP. Here are some digi pics of us by the pool on day one.

Yesterday started off sunny with blue skies, like most days in San Diego. Suprisingly, it started raining at 4:30pm as we left Point Loma. The rain stopped after 10 or 15 minutes and I noticed the blue sky begin to peek through the clouds. It looked like things were getting back to normal. In reality, we were in for a night of Thunder & Lightning!
We get so little “weather” here that when something like this happens it’s a really big deal. Lots of fun.

Here’s the first real post… We bought a new car a couple weeks ago. It’s a new 2005 Toyota Corolla LE with these options: side airbags, 6-disc changer and a security system. We’re lovin’ it.
Our old car had two doors… now we have four. Grocery Doors! We chose this car based on it’s track record of being reliable (hey, it’s Japanese), safe (six airbags) and having a high resale value. Actually we chose it because it was black, but whatever. I got this picture off Google since our digicam is non-existant.

The Corvette will have to come later. For now, this little car fits our life perfectly.
