But who wrote these songs? How much mainstream rap dares to speak of Jesus or anything good for that matter? Christian rap is a different story, but that's not mainstream at all. Mainstream country produces a lot of songs (not true of any other mainstream secular genre) with good messages and that's what's special about it. They could probably be sung in any style.
