A few weeks ago I had a bit of a down time between classes, so I spent most of my time doing what I love to do, read! Following are the great books I read about health and nutrition.

Green For Life
Victoria shares the incredible healing properties of leafy greens. Essential to good health.
PH Balance
Excellent resource on the alkaline-acid balance the body needs for optimum health. Very informative.

The healing power of juicing and detox.
Wheatgrass
The marvels offered by the grasses. Steven and I have been taking wheatgrass for 21 days. We love it.

We’ve learned a lot of neat new things. Probably the most interesting and useful is that Victoria Boutenko’s family sleep naked, outside, in Oregon.

It has a lot of raw vegan food info.
I bet it can get pretty cold sleeping outside in Oregon naked, especially in the winter.

Yeah, crocodiles too. They eat raw, but not raw vegan!
